What is your return policy?
All gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. With that in mind, we recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our retailers to try on our gowns in-person before ordering. You will be paired with one of our expert stylists who will assist you every step of the way!
What is the price point of your gowns?
Our gowns range from $995-$2,495.
Will I need alterations?
Your stylist will assist you in selecting a gown size based on your measurements, but we can pretty much guarantee that your gown will need alterations to get the best fit. Our retailers do not provide alterations in-house, but can refer you to experts in the surrounding areas.
How do I try on a gown?
To try on our gowns, you can schedule an appointment at the retailer nearest you here.
How do I know what size I am?
During your appointment, your a&be x anna be stylist will take your measurements and walk you through sizing to determine the best dress size for you! If you are ordering online and will not be shopping in-store, you will first want to take your measurements from home! This video will walk you through how to take your own measurements. Once you have your measurements, reach out to us at info@thelabelbride.com and we will be happy to assist you with sizing!
