A wedding cake was too traditional to fit into this modern indoor forest wedding vision, so wedding cake alternatives made their debut. Ditching the cake for delicious spring desserts, this trendy and tangy twist was taste bud friendly.
Displayed delicately on dessert pedestals, the pastries prepared by Pinch of Salt Pastries in Southlake, Texas were decadent. Mini wedding cupcakes with matching yellow and green sprinkles allowed this citrus-inspired wedding theme to come full circle.
Below the cupcakes was a glass pedestal with lemon cookies neatly arranged to cover the plater. Sliced lemons rested below this clear cake stand and colored glass vases burst with spring wedding flowers on both displays.
